I am considering such replace, since:

- I want 21000 BPH
- I want slopes around blue screws, like on a GEN (there are no slopes around screws in 111M)

Is such replace easy to be done? I will ask local watchsmith to do it but I need to know, if there is any no-go before I order the replacement movement.

You can do it... I'm not sure if the current high beat movements have the "slopes" which are beveled edges around the movement bridges you are referring to. Check w a dealer. I just ordered 111m and the high beat I'll swap em. I'll let you know what it looks when it gets here in a week. Cheers!

Just to make it clear, what "slopes" or missing slopes I do mean:

Yo dude still no watch. The slopes aren't beveled nice like gen movement on low beat. I think on high beat 111j movement they are

It's most def doable... But you need to keep the canon pinion from your old movement so the hands will still fit and not be loose. I've done this w my 177L and 111j dial.

How hard is it to change the movement and hands? I want the new 111m but don't like the plastic look to the dial and the movement is the low beat. I wanted to put the new platinum plated high beat in there.

Great tip :) canon pin and hour wheel can be replaced from low-beat BUT seconds wheel cannot. ...and you replaced low-beat 177L movement into this new one, high beat, with no problems with seconds hand?

Yeah. Seconds hand should be no prob. I first tried the CP from the high beat but had the change it to original CP from low beat move which held the hands more secure. Easy fix. There is some great info if you look under mods section Francisco semanario. Just scroll through all his topics. That's what I did. You need a hand puller tool and some thin plastic sheet to place over the hands so they don't get scratched( I used a half of a ziploc bag). So I put 111j dial on 177L baseplate(lume plate) and then that onto high beat Swiss movement. Put the 177 hands on there w it's corresponding CP and away we go! I'm gonna do the same to my 111m if I can ever find another 111j dial. Cheers!

Yeah the 111j swap has been done before...it was what everyone was first discussing when the "super-rep" PAMs came out with the lowbeat. Fransisco has info on the CP swap, otherwise I believe it's bolt in and go.

Gentlemen is it ok to link a thread on RG that addresses this issue very well. In a post on that thread, a watch enthusiast explains how 'H' factory hands can be slightly modified and used on a ST36 movement with a high cannon pin and hour wheel.

I didn't want to break any rules and thought it was wise to ask beforehand.
