I've had my Rolex DJ II rep for just over a year, for the last couple months it hasn't been working. The second hand just stopped moving and the movement makes a funny noise if I try to charge it. This is the second time I've had problems, so I would like to avoid sending it the original seller for repair, if there were someone who could fix it more locally to Italy I would be very glad to send it in.
The other problem is the steel clasp, which has been faulty for ages - not staying closed as well as not really looking gen with the Rolex logo stuck on rather than stamped. Are there any sellers of a better replacement piece?
