Repair hour marker in TC dial

Recently, my TC watch took a fall, and unfortunately, the 4 o'clock hour marker has become loose. I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to repair it myself. Are there any specific adhesives or methods you would recommend for fixing it securely?

I was able to just snap it back on, surprisingly.

You need to secure it from the back side of the dial as well. I use gs hypo cement as its thick and won't run through. Don't use super glue it's fumes can damage the movement

Will be needed if to open it back up soon as my datewheels seems to have been stuck in the process
