The numbers o the bezel go all the way to the edge, arent they suppose to be centered?

Looks like the wrong minute hand, wrong bezel ....

And date mag looks weak. The numbers quite fill the cyclops on a gen. Plus boxes but no papers.
I'm gonna go rep on this one. I could be wrong, but it just doesn't look right to me.
