Rep repair in Atlanta Area?

I bought a 5712 by PPF in 2022, it stopped running; at first I was able to hand wind and kept it running manually, now it won't move other than a few seconds.
ANy help would be greatly appreciated!

OK update - I do NOT recommend "My Watch Master". He damaged a genuine Submariner dial and crystal and made a scene hoping that I wouldn't notice. Dude is awful.
