I've compared the pics closely with my UPO pumpkin on black strap with orange stitching. I believe it may be a gen due to the bezel. The bezel insert is more recessed on the Bay watch, and the coin edge bezel is flatter on the ends of the points. Of course it could have been modded - These might be easy mods to do.
Otherwise, I can find almost nothing even remotely different between those pics and the UPO I bought from the D4M group buy - right down to the misalignment of the numbers on the bezel (if you look closely at the pics and at your UPO, you'll notice all the numbers on the bezel are just slightly tilted inward. In other words, on the number "20", the "2" leans toward the "0", and the "0" leans slightly toward the "2". The same with 30, 40, and 50.). So if that's a gen, this has got to be one of the very best reps ever made - which makes me think it's probably a UPO with slight bezel mods.

Yes its a gen, i make a mistake cause i have compared with the 45 mm PO and the number 6 9 12 are different.

thank to you.You'll also notice that the bezel on the 45mm is different from the 42.5mm. It definitely has a genuine bezel, since no rep ever made had a pearl that nice. Also you can see the genuine case back. The 4th gereration 42.5mm PO would have the correct date window like the dial on this one, but the case back would be laser etched Planet Ocean instead of machine stamped. Also it has the correct omega logo on the dial and if an expert would come here, I'm sure he would say that the font is correct on the dial but I'm not that particular. Genuine crown too, no rep has had a crown that looks exactly like that but only close. There's also a serial number on the case, I haven't seen any replica of a 42.5 with a serial number not even the 4th generation.
