Hi folks, would value your expertise on an Omega AT 007. No details beyond edition number. Pictures are not great quality, but hoping sufficient. The Omega dial logo appears to be legit.

The hour stick markers are all over the place which is bad quality and my guess a poor rep.

To me it looks like a decoplate on that movement. Rotor is also positioned to cover the balance that would give the watch away as fake/rep.
