Rep on ebay?

I´s say gen in bad condition, insert, bracelet and to worry more dial in the upper area have some strange discolouration or have been retouched/photoshopped. Judging by the outside look I wouldn´t buy it, if the dial is touched so is the movement and it hasn´t been serviced recently either.

Yeah looks gen to me also...but wtf is wrong with that dude having a watch in a condition like this... :/
