my rep FER 014,

too bad the chrono buttons can not be pushed in this position, i have to unwind the thread all the way up to operate and push the side buttons.
is there a way to mod it?

Those are screw down chrono pushers. They're supposed to work that way. On the genuine watches, they increase the water resistance and prevent "accidental" starting stopping of the chronograph.

i have a question, is everything on the dial in white lumed on the genuine watch? or do u know what does glow on this watch in genuine ?

If I am not mistaken, the only lume on the gen version as well as the rep shown are the hands and the dot on the second hand.

not sure, about the gen, but with the one that i have the dial also lume
