Removing gen insert from bezel

So after reading this thread, I have decided to do something similar. I am worried about removing the bezel insert. I really don't want to damage it. So how I remove the insert from the bezel?

Nevermind. A couple glasses of scotch and pressure with two fingers later, it is out. It really isn't bad for those who decide to try this!
