Removing 250 bezel?

Apologies if this has been asked before; but if I want to remove the bezel on my 250 to polish the edge, how is it removed?

You can use AF Rubber Bezel Removal Tools. It's not expensive (I think about 15 poundsterling). You can grab the bezel after the crystal is removed and then turn it anticlockwise). A bit hard, it takes a bit of practice.

I'll be popping the crystal out for AR....then I have a go at fitting the 2geek PAM datewheel...
