Hey folks. Watch theft appears to be on the rise in Australia, USA and some European markets .
As a reminder, Watchfinder will place security stickers on the outside of the box, as well as writing the exact shipping weight on the outside. If the security labels are broken, and or the shipping weight is not correct, then refuse the package.
Suggest you additionally have your packages held at your local post office, so you can refuse the package if the seals are broken and or you can ask
the postal worker to weigh the package to confirm the weight is correct. Film this if possible.
If the package is delivered, regardless if you picked it up, or it was left on your doorstep, and the contents are missing, then contact us, but
our policy in that case ,is usually just a hefty discount for a replacement. (not free)
