Relume a sandwich dial

The lume on the 111N isnt as bright and I thought of doing a relume. I kind of assume working on a sandwich dial will be a simple job of just painting the inner plate of the sandwich, am I correct to assume that?:lolcina:

A side question, is the AR coating on the 111 inside, outside, or both?

your first assumption IS correct. it is pretty straight forward. just be careful when you are separating the backplate from the dial, sometimes it helps to soften the glue by heating it up first. look up the tutorials on how to do a relume or find Alvinado post, and he has a link to a tut that he made that would teach you alot.
on the a/r coating on the newer 111's coming out i beleive most all will have the single coating on the inside and colorless.
