Ordered an older watch model from Steve. As the availability was uncertain, Steve suggested to place a deposit and try to source it.
Factory sent a model but during quality check found the movement to be faulty and Steve returned it to factory.
As the watch is an older model, that factory didn't have any replacement. Steve then sourced from another factory. This time, the quality was less satisfactory.
It didn't work out and Steve did not hesitate to offer a refund.
