Reject this PAM 312 base on QC?? Help!

Based on Ale's rec i ordered pam 312 from intime

All the QC pics look ok except for the crown guard. There is huge gap between the lever and the crown bridge. Here is the QC pic vs. the sample from the website.

I have a H factory 112 and its much better than this. Plus other examples on the forum such as

I've already asked Ryan to choose a different one but he says this is "normal." Help me decide, should I reject this watch??

Also, any suggestions on a different TD for a better quaility 312 rep?

Sorry that gap is not normal. Hopefully it's only an issue with this specific sample and not with all of the current batch, this way ryan could be able to source a better one for you.

this really does look weird... kindly ask him for a replacement
