Regarding flaws for pam210 JF g series

Hi everyone, i just recently ordered a PAM210G JF from a reputable dealer and i received the qc photos.
As the first few photos were taken from a weird angle, i requested them to re-take again.
I spotted a few abnormalities which i highlighted , can anyone else confirm this for me?

The lines look like Geneva stripes, just maybe a little dirty in places. The Gen has them:
