Refund Policy:
Refunds might take one day to one week, once agreed. Please make sure to provide us with correct refund information.
*If you want to cancel the order after payment, you will be the one to pay the fee for us to issue the refund.
*If the watches are not available any more after payment due to rapid factory stock change, and you do not want any other alternatives, we will issue you a full refund.
*If you approve the QC pictures first but claim to dislike the watches after receiving them, we will not refund. Please search thoroughly and decide carefully what you like most to order before making payment.
Warranty:
We offer a six months warranty on all watches, covering the movement and any parts needed to repair the watch. If you need to return your watch for repair, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. After repair, we will pay to ship it back to you.
* If your watch arrives DOA unfortunately, please send us your order number, videos and pictures promptly within 24 hours. After the problem is confirmed, we will send you instructions for shipping it back to us. We will inspect and confirm the problem once we get it back. If the watch is brand new, no wrappings taken off, and without any hints of using, we will replace it into a new one. Any hints of using will void the chance for new replacement, we could only repair it then. We will pay for shipping back and forth in this case.
*Most replica factories claim that their watches are water resistant. Our experience over time has shown that you should not trust these claims without professional water resistance testing. So we do not promise our watches are safe to water. Water damage is not covered by the six months warranty.
*Any repair or modification you undertake yourself or done by a 3rd party watch-smith/modder will void your 6 months warranty. If your watch is messed up and you still wish us to repair it, shipping fee back and forth, customs risks at both sides, and costs for new parts and repair fee, will be all at your end.
