I purchased this back in 2010 and it has been perfect in every way. Don't really have a lot of information on it as far as movement model etc. Recently the second hand has started to stick. I'm looking for information and someone or directions to fix it.

From 2010, you haven't had it serviced? It sounds like you need to visit a watch maker to give it a movement service at least.
