Recommendations on asso straps (rep or gen) for the small wristed

Hey fellow paneristi,

Question for you guys (and yes, Ive been searching the last couple days on the forum but cant find any recent insight). I have about a 6.5" wrist and like my straps to fit snug. I have a PAM386 with rep asso strap and even on the last strap hole, its a bit looser than I'd like.

I've asked a couple TDs if they can source a size XS asso strap, but so far no dice. I ordered a hole punch off the bay, but it's kind of a last resort.

Have any of you had success in either finding an XS asso rep strap? Or have you had success in finding a quality aftermarket or custom supplier?

I know I can go gen, but I've heard paying the $220 for a gen PAM strap is paying mainly for the name and not that much more quality.

The factories rep the previously set standard size strap which is 115/75 (not sure if they also updated to the current spec which is 125/75), so none of the TDs will probably be able to get you anything other than that size (as with XS, the XL are also hard if not impossible to find).

I would suggest asking the strapmaker TDs to make you an XS spec strap in nubuck leather (which is what the assolumatente strap is made of). I am sure they can oblige you with that request.

Thanks @mysterio Good to know...and that explains why the TDs keep telling me they cant get ahold of what I need...onto the Strap section

The gen Assolutamente is one of the best straps you could ever get.
Buy a used XS off Risti for 150-180 USD, worth every penny!!
