I'm a fan of tourbillon and skeleton watches. I've checked Pateks, Jaegers, and Vacherons, but alas I dont really know which ones are good. Name me some of the best that I can get in rep!

Truthfully, I have not found one that is close enough to gen to consider. They look really sharp, but the ones I have looked into when compared to gen are way off, and to my understanding there is only so much that can be done with the exposed part of the movement. If you don't mind the inaccuracies, read up on a few reviews from members and pick one. Personally, I'd stick with a more normal watch that is highly accurate.

I saw an actual, genuine, automatic tourbillon watch at Costco this week (our rather small, in the middle of nowhere Costco). Floored. I believe it was less than $260. It was a Bulova. Not impressive, I know. But, it was an honest to goodness tourbillon, with a warranty, and I imagine it could be resold at or near the purchase price at any time. If your interest is solely in having a tourbillon watch... well, there you go. If your interest is in having a replica of a tourbillon watch that if genuine costs more than a Benz? Good luck with that. I am so tempted to grab that Bulova, honestly. Automatic, looks perfectly acceptable, absolutely genuine, and mesmerizing to stare at. For that price one can't even purchase a cheesy tourby from a company that doesn't employ people in your own community. And if you did, I'd wager it doesn't last two years. Something to consider.

Are you sure it wasn't just an open heart watch? I'm pretty sure Bulova does not have a Tourbillon movement - I'd have to see a picture.

I'm pretty sure that's just an exposed balance wheel lol, roughly on par with the $10 "tourbillon" watches from Ali and the like.

The descriptions I read stated "open heart". You got my hopes up there for a minute!
