Hello,

Recently placed an order for 2 pieces sent wire transfer as per instructions. During this whole process email was quick and responsive. I got confirmation from my bank that the transfer was completed on the 8th of Jan. Emails are no longer as responsive and seller is saying money has not been received despite having confirmation of transfer being completed. Has anyone had an experience like this of can a moderator give me some insight?

Hello, I have same problem. I ordered last weekend (also 2 pieces), paid last Tuesday. I insisted and they told me that they had not recorded the payment and that they were asking for confirmation. I sent the payment confirmation yesterday and they haven't communicated since. I'm getting nervous about it.

Update: 14/02/24

I’ve emailed the two available emails @hotmail and @gmail. I was told they never received funds.

Funds were sent JAN 08 2024.

After much discussion I was told I’d need to provide an MT103 form from my bank, which is essentially a detailed transaction record that shows the funds were sent and where they were deposited. To do this I needed to open an investigation into my global money transfer. This was a pain in the ass. But at close to $1000 worth it.

On 9 FEB 2024 I provided both emails with the MT103 and they said they did not have the funds and could show me their accounts to show it was not deposited.

My response has been… the MT103 form CLEARLY and definitively shows that I send the correct amount of funds to the correct account information as provided. So any error is not on my end, and is not mine to resolve. Why should I be suffering a loss (not receiving a product) when I clearly paid for it using the correct process that was provided to me by the seller!!!

I am at a point now where I am requesting help from any and all moderators to get this resolved.

Yes, I lost money too. I made the payment on the correct details. The dealer said he didn't get anything. After a week the money came back. Unfortunately, however, significantly less. About 150 US with the explanation that the bank kept the receipt. Very strange indeed.
