I've bought several watches from Andrew. Recently, I ordered a Noob DSSD 116660 v7. The process was as usual: chose watch and confirmed availability, paid, received QC pics, approved, and then the watch was shipped.
On receipt, I noticed the Clasp and Diver Extension were faulty. I communicated with Andrew and he arranged a replacement clasp from BPF, as there were no Noob parts available. He also included the part that connects the DE to the clasp (isn't included by default with clasps). Those parts are currently en route to me.
I then noticed, after he had shipped those pieces, that the half link which connects the Diver Extension to the bracelet is missing. That means that, even with the replacement parts, I'd be unable to remove the Diver Extension, as the full size links aren't compatible. Again, I reached out to Andrew, acknowledged that I failed to pick that up in the QC process, included the original QC image for clarity, and asked what my options were. He asked me to leave it with him. A few days later, I received a QC email with the missing half link. It's also en route.
No shipping charges for either dispatch.
I'm leaving this feedback to a) say thank you to Andrew and @trustytime, and b) provide an example of how issues can easily be resolved through friendly and professional communication.
The TDs deal with a lot of emails, DMs, orders, etc. So mistakes will happen. But they're TDs for a reason, and I generally find that if something is within their power to resolve, they will.
Thanks again.
