I have ordered many watches from Andrew of the years and he never disappoints. I have been looking for a Tempus Machina Rolex Submariner Ref 216 for a while and finally found one through Trusty. I placed the order a couple of months ago and unfortunately the first one I ordered was taken by customs. Andrew did the best he could on his end to resolve this but could not ultimately do anything about the customs stop. Without me even asking or hesitation Andrew sent me out a replacement watch and sent it though a different carrier. I received the watch very quickly and I am so impressed with the watch. I always impressed with Andrew's customer service. If you are looking for a trusted dealer....look no further!
