Received a watch with loose back rotor.

So I ordered my second watch from Puretime. The first watch was a Daytona with a black ceramic bezel Noob edition. This was some years ago.
So I decided to order yet another Daytona this time a Daytona 116500 clean 1:1 best Edition for around 850 USD. But when I received the watch it was making sounds from the movement, when rotating the watch I found out that the sound came from the rotor, witch is so loose that it's embarrassing. When moved the watch sound like something the fake markets of turkey.....

I hope Puretime will help me to resolve this problem...

This movement is like this...The noise of rep movement will be louder than the genuine movement. The noise of this 4130 movement is much smaller than that of the 9015 movement. I am glad you did not choose the 9015 movement.....

the rotor is completely loose.... I know it's supposed to be louder than a genuine movement, but it's rattling and wobbles in multiple directions. it sounds like it's not fastened properly
