Rattling sound in my PAM

So i was putting on my PAM111n noob the other day and I heard a very quiet rattling sound. At first I thought it was the buckle but not when I listened closely.
So it seems to be inside the movement. Its a very slight rattle, and only happens if i shake the watch up and down. No sound comes when shaking side to side.
I never noticed it before, but then again I never shook it before.

Does anyone else's pam make a slight sound when shook up and down?

Could be a screw, can you see anything moving? Take off the case back and take a look at the screws that hold the movement in place.

I believe that's a manual wind movement. No rotor.

Its not bothering me since its a very slight sound, so if it won't ruin the movement i would just leave it

If it is a loose screw it could stop the movement sometime.
Look at the movement and check the visible screws.
Maybe you have luck
And check too the holder tab of the movement as md2020 says.
