I asked if the watch could be sourced before ordering and was told yes.
After 2 months of waiting without any news, I asked and was told to choose another model. (It can happen).
I asked again about availability (to choose a model I'd be sure to receive) and everything was confirmed once again ... except that this new reference still hasn't arrived. (I had to pay additional money and related fee for this new transfer)
And guess what, exactly the same thing happened with the 3rd choice: PureTime reimbursed me without even informing me.
So, they're regular (because they refunded) but I wasted my time and more than $70 in total due to transfer fees (they ask you to pay these fees but refund the gross amount, so you pay the fees twice).
Puretime : Please don't say that a watch can be delivered if it isn't (or that you have confirmation of the warehouse when you haven't even asked): you'll save time & money. (& me too)
seems they can source only few references (and the most popular one’s)

I am sorry about this. We do always confirm with factory before telling the customers. Which watch did you order? Please let us know your order number

Out of stock (although I had been given confirmation of availability)
Then I had to change the reference 2 times: in total, 3 choices communicated by e-mail (each time with confirmation of availability) and none could finally be supplied
I understand that some references are no longer available, but why make it change 3 times and tell me it's ok? Result: I didn't get the gift I wanted for Christmas (for an order in mid-September).
