This may be common knowledge, but I was watching RAMBO, last movie of the series, and I caught something on his wrist -- about an hour into the picture. I back it up and froze on a large image of his wrist wearing a Luminor Panerai/Marina Militare. I had read previously that Stallone had fallen in love with the company and purchased quite a few watches for his friends as gifts. Anyway it was a close up of the watch and a plug Panerai was happy to see.

Sly is basically the person that brought Panerai back from the brink of extinction. He sported one in Daylight, which is said to have started the whole Panerai hype.
Hence the multitude of "Daylight" and "Slytech" special models

I did some quick rep checks and couldn't find the exact rep: LUMINOR/PANERAI on top and MARINA/MILITARE on the bottom. Has this ever been a rep? Can it still be found?

There are numerous more "Slytech" labelled models according to paneraisource, but i don't know many of those were made.
