Rado replicas

Hi guys.
I am in love with a kind of watch i would never tell, RADO's: some diastar models are beautiful, specially the ceramic ones.
Does this brand ever been cloned? Didn't find much searching around the forum..

I think it may not be even worth it to buy those as reps. The used prices for the gens are only a few hundred $ more.

well, yes, but was looking at some reps on aliexpress (only place i have found some) and they are quite cheap, between 50 and 120.....of course i have no idea if it's crap ore they worth the money.

IN my limited experience with the more obscure branded reps they seem to be of a lesser quality with poor movements and level to detail. I would look for a mint used example if at all possible as it is a lovely watch and some of the dial colours in the range are awesome that I've seen. Me personally I would prob avoid Ali for watches, I've purchased a lot from aliexpress and I've had way more misses than home runs .

I bought a Rado rep from a M2M sale for about €120 (don't remember the exact amount) some time ago and it's quite ok. The ceramics is fine but the dial is slightly crooked... I'm sure an easy fix for any watchsmith or anyone who's brave enough.

Great value for little money, but no TD lists them - only Silix afaik, who are on probation status

But just be prepared, Silix is not one of the most reliable TDs out there... This could be easily an adventurous ride!

Thanx for chiming in guys.
I will have a look at silix but i think that i will pass on Rado as a rep because i can get a used for quite an affordable price. I find them very elegant and different, and i love ceramic........of course using as my daily driver a Ploprof i will feel naked using a Rado.....

Hey! I was looking for this as well can't find a rep of the one I like tho, there are a few out there. I wouldn't agree it's not worth buying a rep gems are still $3000 and up.

I have seen the $30-45 reps of these, quartz, not bad at all! Shiny ceramic bracelets. The "diamonds" are not sparkling though...
