Radiomir with crown guard identification?

Was going through some old saved pictures from when I first joined RWI years ago. I came across this interesting pic of a Radiomir with a crown guard that must have been in the for sale section.

For you Panerai experts, is this an actual real Panerai model or a fantasy build? Needless to say it is quite attractive but I doubt a rep for sale like it exists. If not, maybe i’ll ask Natas78 to build me one LOL!

Only Panerai Radiomir’s that I’ve seen with a CG is a Egiziano PAM341 60mm and the Panerai 6152/1 with Radiomir dial.

This is a salvaged-parts piece.
Hands looks shitty, has a mock-up minute-pin.
Case is most likely a mini fiddy. They take the 45mm Radiomir dial without modification.
