Radiomir Strap Question

I bought a new strap for my Radiomir from another member. It did not come with the tubes. The rep strap does not have them either. I have some tubes from other rep straps. My question is whether the strap for the Radiomir needs the tubes? I am still learning. Thanks.

Rads do not use tubes.
