For a Radiomir? There´s plenty of Luminor buckles out there but either way18mm will be hard to find. Smallest I found n Edgy was 20mm. Good luck

Its for a Luminor Due - 42mm. But Yeah, hard to find.

I managed to chew up the buckle screw on my PAM Due https://puretimewatch.io/pam927-lum...n-blue-dial-on-blue-leather-strap-axxxiv.html fitting the buckle on another strap. I need a new bubble for the strap that came with the watch.

20mm deployment is gen like size for Radiomir (45mm) tapered strap. Measures 26 at the lugs and 20mm for the deployment clasp and pin buckle.

The deployment/pin buckle pictured above are not available in 22mm, only 20mm. Not sure if available in 18mm.

I guess your best option, and not a bad one in my opinion, is to buy a new strap for a 20mm buckle.
