Radiomir: Basic Question

Pardon my ignorance, but I have some very basic questions:

Just got my first Panerai in the mail today and having a difficult time with some very basic items:

1) How do I adjust the time? I tried to play with the center knob, but moving it left or right is not adjusting the time. The watch is working right now, but not depicting the correct time.

2) I tried to play with the two chronograph buttons and one of the chronograph needles is spinning, not sure how I stop it.

3) The seconds hand is not working. Not sure if this due to the small chronograph needle spinning. How d I activate the seconds hand.

I didn't want to damage the watch by pulling out the center know out too much hence posting here first. Appreciate the guidance.

To stop the chrono just push the button that has turned it on, usually it is the upper chrono button. Then to reset it to 12 position push the bottom chrono button, when the chrono hande (needle) is stoped.

To adjust the time you must carefully pull the crown (center knob) out to the final position.

The central hand (needle ) is the chrono hand so till you push the chrono button it will not start sweping. The little hand that is sweeping is the seconds hand.

Please find attached a picture of the actual watch. I am still unable to adjust time on this watch and puling the center crown out and rotating it on either direction does nothing. Mugshot your video link helped so at least I am clear that on this watch the traditional second hand does not rotate, but I am unable to make it move by hiiting the chronographs buttons.

Aprecicate some direction so I can start wearing and enjoying this beauty.
