Rad identification req

I saw these two beauties in my local jeweller at the weekend.

But what is this unusual rad?

Note the blob of lume under the twelve and the date window at 5.

That's a PAM062, 40mm Radiomir, white gold, Zenith El Primero movement, display caseback, only 500 made. Strange finding about the lume blob though.
