I usually a variation of watch sent for repair with a relatively low value listed and a note in the box describing a non existent intermittent issue. Never had any issues shipping to UK, EU, Canada or Australia doing this. I've in the past used watch returned defective, horology tool returned for refund ( stopped using this one because the postal employees had no clue what a horology tool was), and of course if the buyer requested a specific declaration I would respect their wishes within reason.
