TL;DR - Katt's great without breaking the bank
Want to say that I sent a YM to Katt for troubleshooting and service. Within 24 hours of receiving the watch, he identified a needed adjustment that he performed, lubed some cups and hung onto the watch to be sure.
He could have sent the watch back soon after this but we agreed that it was best to have him hang onto it to be sure. Throughout the entire process he kept me apprised of his findings and status. He's mindful of costs and wont have you spend any more than you need to, I asked about changing out a movement and he assured me it was easier to make the adjustment.
All in all, a great horologist who communicates regularly with his customers on status while at the same time, helps you watch costs. Will definitely work with him again!
