So I just bought a new V7 sub from BK with ETA 2836-2 couple days ago and am ready to buy a PAM next. I love PAM a lot because of the design. So I did a bit of homework here and there and but I did’t find the answer, it is just so confusing. So I bring the topic here that any PAM experts can help me out.
A little bit about my concern: I need a reliable watch (I wear it daily even in my sleep), with as close to gen look as possible, and good movement (hence BK sub). I am obsessed with swiss movement and I don’t like any asian clones to be honest. I like something simple without any complications (no chrono).
- BK offers pam029 with swiss sellita and from what I read, it was an almost perfect rep but it was from 2012. Are there any updates for that model 029 recently? From tswatch they still have that model from 2012!
- as of 2016, are there any PAM models that come closest to gen regarding to the look?
- and from tswatch, they listed some interesting PAM such as pam510 ZF 1:1 P5000 6 days power reserve. The description was good, fully functional 6 days reserve asian copy P5000. Or pam359 Q JF P9000 super clone movement ...
My question is the movement is the exact copy of the real movement or just A2836 with decoration to look like Pam movement. In fact tswatch offer pam with a2836 with cheaper price!?! Sorry if my question is so stupid
I don’t know! I know the A3135 looks somehow like the real 3135 but the quality sucks badly and I try to stay away from it. From your expert opinion, how is Pam rep movement quality compared to those in Rolex? Or do I go with the safe route and buy rep with swiss movement ?
- if you gotta buy a model based on my choice, which PAm do you buy? I appreciate your input. Thanks for reading.
