Questions about the Santos 37mm Quartz

I'm new to Santos, but it's just got my eye and once my GF saw it, she's like "you HAVE to buy that"!

I just ordered a UPO, so my watch funds are low, so I'm looking at this one:

Curious what you Santos fans might know before I buy. There does seem to be a gen quartz, though the back here says automatic.

I guess I didn't actually ask any questions there, but have any of you bought a quartz cartier before? I'm wondering if the quality takes a huge hit. It's a shame but it seems like quartz is usually lower quality even when its a rep of a quartz original.
