I am new haere and I have a few questions. I just bought a V2 sub from BK and I am looking for one more watch. I like the 45.5mm UPO and was going with that until I saw the Regatta Flyback. How good is this Rep and are there any major problems or flaws with it? Where is the best place to get one. Thank you in advance.

Normally, if you have to think about it that hard, then someday you will own both. At least, that's the way it goes with me. :lol:
I have both. If they were stolen and I could only buy one over again it would be my 253, hands down! Not that they PO isn't a good watch, because it is, but the 253 is my favorite rep. If I had $12,000 to blow on a gen PAM, this would be the one.

LOL! It might be a noob questions, but not a stupid one. There was a day when I had to look it up as well.

They usually have a pretty wide selection and take pretty good pictures. Compare what you see there to the dealer that you are planning to purchase from.

I've one too and there are 2 other minor flaws IMHO.
The blued hand looks a llittle off in daylight. It seems that the gen might be a shade lighter and brighter.
There also isn't a sapphire crystal version available, all the reps are mineral crystals.

i think the 253 is going to be my next Pam. I really like the flyback thing.. even tho it doesnt really work like the guys said.. looks cool anyways.

also there are at least two different versions of the Rep 253's around, Pay attention to the CG where it meets the case, on one of them it looks like it has been ground off flat @ the pushers.
