You'll find this question stupid, but I just want to change a broken 2824, impossible to repair...(for me).
Idea is to buy and install a new one, and with the other one, learning disassemble/assembly !
If you want to learn to disassemble movements, don't start with a 7750. Use the old 2824 you're replacing. Much easier.
Also, if you buy a new 2824 make sure it has the same height wheels for the hands. Most Rolex reps take an H4 set and they normally come with an h2 OR h3.

I agree totally with KBH, start on the 2824 and become proficient at repairing this before you even look at a 7750. These are far more complex than 2824-2
