Question regarding bezel replacement

I bought this rep watch:

Notice how the pearl is off vs gen:

I found "bezel insert" on ebay:

Looks exactly like the genuine one and the pearl isn't off.

I am planning to replace the dial also for a genuine (actually I don't mind to buy a replica now as I doubt I will have much luck on auctions).

Is it possible to just replace that part of the bezel on the rep one or do I have to replace everything (bezel clip included).

You can replace the insert only. It's just glued in. Use a hair dryer to loosen the insert and a razor blade to lift it out.
