New to replicas and also re-new to winding movements.
Just bought a PAM564 from ChazingTime. It's an excellent rep.
On winding the cloned p.3000 - I wound it today from relatively unwound feel to progressively tighter. The wind seemed to go on for a long time at a steady state of firm winding movement. I could not tell when fully wound and was concerned to keep on winding. I stopped when it got to the point that when I let go the crown it sprung back every so slightly having resisted the forward motion.
I'd appreciate any knowledgeable rep owners and watchmen who might be able to describe the characteristics of the cloned p.3000 movement in my PAM564 and what I should look out for when winding.
I guess a related Q would be how do I know if a movement is in good condition, correctly lubed etc. Just received the watch yesterday and it is running very well.
Thanks!
