Question on ebay item for the Omega Speedy experts

Need a little help from the Omega experts.

Thoughts on this watch? Says authentic, doesn't look like it comes with papers or box. Is this the real thing? Been wanting a speedy for a while now and half tempted to win this one.

It's an authentic Speedmaster Reduced--that's a 36mm automatic, so don't think you're bidding on a Speedmaster Professional (aka Moon Watch).

These often sell for just over a thousand bucks, and sometimes go for less than that. Professionals often sell for $1600-2000.

Yeah the size concerns me a little, but overall I think its a nice piece.

Yep pro is the way to go, the reduced is a nice erm 'compromise' but you will still want the pro, be it a week a month or a year down the line! Best to get it out of the way right off the bat
