Is this the same thing as the wise app?
Are there instructions on how to send a payment?
What is the email I should enter for them, as it was not provided?

Yes. Wise & TransferWise are the same company. (TransferWise is their old name). So, yes. Download the Wise app & register your account.
You could look on YouTube for instructions on how to send money, but basically you send money from your account to Wise’s account. Then Wise send it on to the TD’s account.
The TD should give you an email address. If they haven’t yet, you should chase them up.
