Question about the 1950 case

I just got a 243 from a fellow member, and i started comparing the case to my gen 320.

I found there were minor but noticeable differences between the case of my 320 and the 243. These differences im talking about are at the back of the case, with the 243 appearing to be flatter.

Are they meant to be identical, since they both have the 1950 case ? Or is the 243 meant to have a slightly different 1950 case due to the fact that its a submariner?

The PAM320 has a display caseback, which most likely need a bit more depth. The PAM243 does not hence appearing to have a flatter caseback. Their respective P.9001 and OPIII movements should not be the reason as they are both 7.9mm thick.

The actual 1950 and say...the 320 are different cases but are both "fiddy" cases.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. So i guess a slight difference is a normal thing then.
