Question about replacement "Swiss" E movement

Hi everyone...I just received my replacement Fiddy back from my dealer after the first one's balance spring popped off within a couple of days, and now I'm noticing certain differences in the movement. The old Swiss E movement I had had an incabloc (which I guess was wrong) shock protector, and the regulator notches were clear ticks. As below...sorry for pics, all I have left.

Now, I received the new one, and after studying it, I see that it has the "proper" novodiac shock, but the regulator notches are now a solid yellow line. As below...

I know these are small gripes, but should I make an issue of this mix and matching?

For my money, I just want to have the closest to what I paid for, that's all.

Thanks

I hope everyone understands that I'm only trying to get opinions here...I know that everyone gets flaws and defects and that's part of the rep world, I'm just trying to find where others would and have drawn the line.

That said, please indulge two more shots of the "dripping paint" effect.

In the end, I have to make my own decision, but a reply would be welcomed.

Well, the good news is that your new movement is as Swiss as rep movements with swan necks and the Panerai shaped bridges get (from the pic, I'm not sure the original movement was, but I can't tell for certain). The bad news is, yeah, those yellow painted areas are pretty poor.

The bottom line is: How much does it bother YOU?

Thanks for the reply Hooligan. It was getting lonely there for a second.

I know it shouldn't bother me, and when I wear it I forget, then I look at it, and it drives me nuts. I'll just get a closed caseback and call it a day. ;)

Yeah, I wouldn't sweat it. Anyone looking closely enough at the movement to pick up on those flaws will already know it's a rep.
