i don't see any videos,does it mean that those 'little' pusher can be pushed in and out?

They have screw-down locks, or are screw-down pushers. In the lower photo, the pushers are unscrewed allowing for their use in the chrono function. In the upper they are secure.

Both pushers are same, diffrence is one is screwed and another is unscrewd.
