I just received my 3rd watch from Steve. Love the watches. The process and quality are amazing.

Does any else finds that the plastic protection applied to the watch is almost impossible to get off in some areas?

I just received my Rolex DJ41 and found it took considerable effort to get the plastic of the SEL's and in other areas.

Curious if others have had this issue?

Thanks

Well, some of those warpings especially those not quite visible I won't get it off until it wears off by daily wearing the watch.

That is the same warping as gens when they arrive at the ADs' stores. Their staff have to take off those and warp a simpler warp for display and selling.

Thanks for your support as always, it is quite common, the protective film in some locations is usually pressed very tightly and takes a bit of time to remove (without long fingernails and without the aid of tools it does seem to be a bit of a pain in the ass)
