Question about movement asian 7750 inside pam088 from noob

Does this movement manually wind like the genuine movement by turning the crown?
This is a Pam00088 by Noob. The super Rep version. It uses an asian 7750 movement apparently and Im wondering if it manually
winds like the original.

I'm having movement issues and trying to figure out if this is part of the problem or if this movement doesn't manually wind.

Have you tried winding it. turning the crown to the right?

yes it turns but doesnt wind. I've had the watch looked at by a trusted watch smith from this site and he said manual winding doesnt work and that the watch
lost time on his machine. I'd like to know if this is tom be expected from this version or if this can be fixed.
