Hi Guys, just wanted to ask a quick question about shipping. I'm from CA, USA, Have any of you had your order shipped by pure time via FEDEX? And if yes how long did it take to receive your watch from Puretime?
I ordered from several TDs in the past who used DHL and FEDEX and they came quickly within 7 days and at most 2 weeks. This is my First time ordering with Puretime, and I understand there have been lockdowns recently, and we have to wait a bit more which is okay, I have been pretty patient waiting 3 weeks for QC and after approving the QC I'm now entering the fourth week of waiting for delivery. This whole buying process has been 6 weeks total so far. In my case, I received my tracking number and it has not updated once in nearly 3 weeks, its still stuck in pre-shipment.
Just want to know if I should contact puretime at this point, I'm not sure if its still in transit or if the parcel is lost or seized or if its still on its way. Usually if we pay more for track and trace express shipping we would expect better service. Would be nice to get some kind of update on the location of the parcel. At this point not sure what to expect, maybe it arrived in the U.S. but its stuck at customs or maybe its lost at some sorting warehouse. Anyways will keep you guys updated.
