I bought an OP 41 with a gen dial from someone on Reddit and on arrival it was clear the dial had been fitted poorly and was not straight, and there was an issue with the stem/keyless works.
I sent the watch to Reece and he performed diagnostics to ascertain the exact cause of the problems; Reece was absolutely superb throughout, kept me up to date with lots of pictures and information as to how he was getting on. The dial is now perfectly installed and the watch works flawlessly, I’m extremely pleased with it! I’ll be sending watches to Reece in the future, as he’s a great guy and clearly a superb watchmaker.
